Hence, the value of your asset, the business, is directly dependent on maintaining a viable lease agreement. This requires much more than just negotiating a new rent every five years. This workshop will cover the basics of negotiating, renewing and managing your retail lease and your relationship with the Landlord to meet the commercial objectives of your business.
