On the Thursday, 25 February 2021, BDA held its WA Franchise Breakfast. Our fantastic panel shared some great insights into the impacts of COVID-19 on the franchising industry and BDA was able to share the latest legislative changes to the Franchising Code of Conduct. Initial business success as a franchisee saw her build and sell 7 Franchises and since taking on the Master business, she has grown the region from 16 Franchisees and operators to 28 Franchisees, contractors, and staff in 3 years, with further growth expected in 2021.

Peter Ritchie is a former Chairman and CEO of McDonalds Australia. Charlie Bell was also a CEO of McDonald’s Australia who later became the CEO of McDonald’s International based in Chicago, USA.
