This workshop will identifythe processes of how to attract prospects and what systems are used in effective compliance and best practice of recruitment. We will build on your working knowledge combined with our extensive franchise recruitment to best address the issues around understanding franchisee expectations balanced with the expectations of franchisors. This will all be reviewed in line with the Franchising Code of Conduct and our street smarts.
