Pinjarra Junction Shopping Centre is located in the heart of Western Australia’s rapidly-growing Peel region, approximately 90km south of Perth and 20 km east of Mandurah.

Pinjarra Junction is anchored by national retail brands, like Coles, Target, Best & Less, The Reject Shop, Liquorland, Priceline, Muffin Break and Australia Post. Pinjarra Junction is also home to a good number locally owned speciality stores and offers all incoming tenants the ability to build strong ties to the Pinjarra community.

Pinjarra Junction has prominent street frontage on all sides of the property, and benefits with the high exposure of the ‘on average’ 10,000 cars which pass via Pinjarra Road and The South West Highway per day. History of Pinjarra Junction Shopping Centre:

On the 1st December 2006, the rapid increase in population in areas south of the metropolitan region and forecasts of continued strong increases resulted in Pinjarra Junction receiving development approval from the Shire of Murray.

The centre, which has been in the planning stages for many years, was warmly welcomed by the local community. The centre instantly received strong interest from local and national retailers keen to establish a position in this prime town centre development.

Pinjarra Junction Shopping Centre opened in 2008 with Coles Supermarkets, The Reject Shop, Australia Post and a dozen specialty retailers.

The success of the Pinjarra Junction Centre, boosted by the continued growth of the surrounding south metropolitan regions saw Pinjarra Junction enter into an extension redevelopment in 2014 to further enlarge the property to meet the demands of consumers.

In May 2015, the major extension of Pinjarra Junction was completed. Today, Pinjarra Junction is a brand new sub-regional Shopping Centre, with a gross lettable area of approximately 11,000 sq/mtrs. Anchors include a brand new Coles Supermarket, Target, Best & Less (opening in Sept-2015) and 20 newly created tenancies. The property boasts +500 car bays; including a new underground basement carpark with convenient travellator up into the centre.
