Can I get the Franchises to buy products only from ‘my suppliers’?

The simple answer is yes, within the provisions of the laws relating to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010. We will need to build your protection into the system to give you the product control you need. It may be all about the ‘quality and the supply’ to the whole network that allows for the delivery of a ‘consistent product to the consumers. There are some challenges but they can be dealt with.
