Market Rent Reviews

Market Rent Review due or you have received a Notice of a Market Review from the Landlord or their agent?


This is urgent! Most retail leases contain time limits for you the tenant to
respond to a Market Rent Review Notice. Usually not more than 14 days. If you
do not respond within that time the Landlord may be legally entitled to charge
the rent as determined by the Landlord. So you must object in writing in a
timely manner.
