1. All ticket prices are stated in Australian Dollars and include GST where applicable.
  2. No refunds or exchanges permitted after 25 March 2019.
  3. BDA collects your individual information in case of an event cancellation or alteration. If you fail to supply sufficient and appropriate contact information BDA is not responsible for failure to contact you.
  4. If an event is cancelled no obligation is assumed by BDA for arranging a substitute event.
  5. Tickets may be exchanged only where expressly permitted by BDA and may be subject to certain conditions and additional fees.
  6. Entry to a Venue is at an individual’s own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BDA will not be responsible for any loss, damage, harm or injury arising from the event. The right to refuse entry or to evict a Consumer is reserved by Venue Management as provided in the Australian Live Entertainment Industry Code of Practice.
  7. The right is reserved to vary, substitute or withdraw advertised activities, entertainment, venue and seating arrangements as necessary.
  8. In attending the event, you grant BDA permission to film or photograph you, and to reproduce that film or photograph in any audio, video or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication or reproduction in any medium or context without further authorisation by, or compensation to, you.
  9. In attending the event, you grant BDA permission to use your organisation’s logo for marketing purposes related to the BDA Franchising & Business Corporate Charity Golf Day.

  12. For the BDA Hole in 1 Competition, each registered player is allowed a maximum of one shot per person using standard PGA equipment at the assigned hole. The minimum yardage from the tee to the pin is 162 metres of amateur men and 135 metres for amateur ladies. Each shot will be witnessed by two competent, non-playing adult witnesses, aged 18 or older at least one of whom will be independent , who are to supervise the target hole.
