Strategic Planning Sessions

Strategic planning is an integral aspect of strategic management and is essentially the process of an organisation defining its direction or strategy and making decisions on the allocation of its resources in pursuit of this strategy. The result of this assessment will lead to a clear identification of your business strengths and weaknesses, which will enable you to develop a workable strategic plan. What can your business achieve? What potential is there for growth?

Essentially, we work with you to create a vision of where you want the business to be in 3-5 years and develop a roadmap to get you there. Together we will:

  • Identify what it is you really want your business to do for you (quality of life, financial independence, more free time etc). Build on your business strengths whenever possible. They should be exploited and reinforced to give your company an edge over its competitors.
  • Be aware of your companies’ weaknesses but try to correct only those weaknesses that are barriers to your overall success.
  • Maximise your business success by taking advantage of the opportunities to service customers’ needs in areas where you have business strengths. We will show you how to avoid areas where you have weaknesses.
  • Identify where there are threats to your business and counter them by building on your strengths and improving minor weaknesses.
